Terms & Conditions
When ordering a product from L&L, the customer certifies that all information (sizes, fonts, monograms, thread colors, designs, and spelling) is correct. Text for orders should be submitted as you want it to look. By submitting my order, I permit L&L Designs to begin processing my order as it is described in this invoice. If there is anything that you, the customer, see that needs further clarification or revision, please submit the form under the "Contact" page of this site. In the event change/revision to orders are accepted, turnaround time will also increase.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, and/or style of goods. L&L Designs is not responsible if the customer has a change of mind or size.Â
All orders are considered “firm” when placed. No cancellations on finished merchandise are accepted.Â
Production turnaround time will not begin until payment has been received. Production turnaround time does not include holidays, days in transit, or if item is currently out of stock and needs to be ordered from my wholesaler. Turnaround times are approximate and are not guaranteed.Â
L&L Designs is not responsible for the USPS and their delivery times nor is L&L Designs responsible for lost items once it is received from USPS. L&L Designs will always provide the customer with a USPS tracking number through the email the customer provides at checkout.Â
L&L does offer Rush Ordering if you feel that is a necessity.Â
In regard to products, some shrinkage is unavoidable. To minimize shrinkage, follow washing instructions on label or on our website. L&L Designs is not responsible for shrinkage of items.
A product that is left at our business for more than 90 days without communication becomes property of L&L Designs and is subjected to a restocking fee of 15% of the total invoice.
Items and services are sold at prices agreed upon at time of invoice. L&L Designs reserves the right to adjust prices for future invoices which can include the same item you ordered previously.Â
Due to nature of embroidery, no returns are accepted. If there is any error on L&L Designs’ behalf, we will obviously replace/correct the item.Â
Due to market conditions and mill variances, L&L Designs cannot guarantee consistency in sizes to match from order to order, color to color, or brand to brand. All size charts are provided under each item listed on our website.Â
If a virtual sample image is shown on website, they are for demonstration purposes only. Actual product and color may vary slightly from what is displayed on your computer monitor. Virtual samples are not exact representations of your product, but intended to give you a good idea of what your finished merchandise will look like.
L&L Designs will not sell, trade or give your information to anyone not deemed by law.
L&L Designs endeavours to supply only goods from established and reputable sources, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
L&L Designs, at its discretion, will embroider customer-supplied items, however, we do not encourage it. There is a 5% chance that our machines will malfunction, therefore, we cannot assume responsibility for your item(s). Customers supply goods for embroidery at their own risk.Â
The customer assumes all liability for any items that sustain machine damage while at our business location. L&L Designs will not replace customer-supplied goods if this occurs. These terms and conditions apply to heirloom items as well. Please keep this in mind when requesting a family heirloom to be embroidered.Â
Please note that L&L Designs will take the best possible care with supplied goods. However, any machine is subject to occasional malfunctions.
L&L Designs reserves the right to decline the acceptance of customer-supplied goods if the item(s) are deemed unsuitable for embroidering by the owner of L&L Designs. If this is the case, L&L Designs will return the item(s) in question and the customer will receive a full refund if payment has already been submitted.
